Vacancy Announcement:
National Business Initiative (NBI), a Nepalese private sector NGO dedicated to supporting inclusive economic growth, is looking for a Trainer/Adviser for its Kathmandu Office and travel in Nepal:
Tasks:
Develop and provide trainings, workshops, presentations and advise on communication, mediation, negotiation, advocacy, stakeholder relationship management, workplace co-operation, conflict management and CSR
Support the secretariats administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Master in Business, Economics, Politics or Journalism (preferably with knowledge on CSR / mediation / conflict transformation)
• Fluency in English and Nepali (verbal and writing), other Nepalese languages are an asset
• Experience in working with private sector (individual businesses and associations)
• Experience in developing training material (English and Nepali)
• Experience in conducting trainings and workshops
• Excellent communication, negotiation and mediation skills
• Independent, pro-active, strategic, pragmatic and flexible working attitude
• Willingness to extensive travel within Nepal
• At least 10 years of working experience
